Rickeston Mill Nursing Home is a well-appointed residence accommodating up to 26 residents in a warm, comfortable environment. Our home features spacious bedrooms, plentiful communal areas and attractive gardens where residents can enjoy the fresh Pembrokeshire air.
The home has been carefully designed to be both safe and homely, with wide corridors, good lighting, and familiar furnishings that help residents feel settled and secure. Every detail has been considered to support the needs of people living with dementia.
Our Care Services
Specialist Dementia Care
We provide specialist nursing care for people living with dementia in a safe, calm and familiar environment. Our home has been designed with dementia in mind — wide corridors, good lighting and reassuring surroundings that help residents feel settled.
Each resident has an individual care plan built around their history, preferences and routines. Our trained team focuses on dignity, gentle reassurance and meaningful activity throughout the day.
Nursing Care
Our qualified registered nurses are on hand 24 hours a day to support residents with complex or long-term health conditions. We manage medication, monitor wellbeing and work closely with GPs, community teams and specialists.
Care plans are reviewed regularly so that support adapts as needs change, always with the resident's comfort and independence at the centre.
Respite & Short-Stay Care
Our respite and short-stay care offers a supportive place to stay for a few days or several weeks — ideal when a family carer needs a break, or during recovery after a hospital stay.
Short-stay guests enjoy the full range of our facilities, activities and home-cooked meals, with care tailored to their needs from the moment they arrive.

- By car: There is ample parking for visitors and a designated area by the entrance for emergency vehicles.
